Sidney Madison Prescott, MBA is the visionary solo founder behind MIRROR | MIRROR a next-generation fashion tech company at the intersection of emotional wellness, artificial intelligence, and personal style.

Sidney is the engineering leader responsible for buildong and scaling the first global Automation Centers of Excellence at some of the world’s most respected institutions, including Spotify, E*TRADE, Bank of New York (BNY) Mellon, and Fiserv. As the engineering leader responsible for these initiatives, Sidney led the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Her work was central to scaling operations globally, driving over $50M in ROI, and transforming the way these companies leveraged automation to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

Sidney is not only a visionary technologist but also a best-selling author of Robotic Process Automation Using UiPath StudioX: A Citizen Developer’s Guide to Hyperautomation. With over a decade of experience in driving digital transformation, she has earned global recognition as an engineering executive and award-winning leader in the field.

In addition to her deep expertise in automation, Sidney is a fashion influencer with a combined following of over 500,000, a creative visionary with a sharp editorial eye, and a bold advocate for reshaping the culture of tech from the inside out.

As a solo female founder in an industry still dominated by white, male-led startups, Sidney created MIRROR | MIRROR to challenge the prevailing narratives in both fashion and technology. Her mission is to replace comparison with confidence and to prove that the future of fashion is reflective, inclusive, and built to last.

With an MBA from the first women-only MBA program in the U.S. and legal training in progress at Cornell Law School, Sidney blends engineering expertise, business acumen, and cultural fluency to everything she builds.

Sidney’s goal is to become the first billion-dollar solo founder, a mission that holds personal significance as a female engineer and founder of color. I founded MIRROR | MIRROR because I believe the future of fashion and technology should be reflective of our true selves, not dictated by comparison or performative standards. Fashion is a deeply personal form of self-expression, and in a world increasingly driven by technology, I saw an opportunity to create a space where both could work together to empower individuals.

As a female engineer and founder of color, I’m passionate about disrupting industries that have long been dominated by voices that don’t represent the full spectrum of humanity. MIRROR | MIRROR is my response to the narrow definitions of beauty and success in both fashion and tech. I want to create a platform that not only helps people look their best but also feel their best, meaning more confident, inclusive, and authentic to who they truly are.

My ambition to become the first billion-dollar solo founder goes beyond financial success. It’s about proving that women and underrepresented founders can build extraordinary companies that lead entire industries.

I am committed to showing that achieving greatness as a solo founder isn’t about fitting into an established mold or relying on the traditional resources that have been gatekept for so long. It’s about resilience, vision, and believing that when we break through the barriers others set for us, the possibilities are limitless.
